Shipping and Returns
We ship using UPS, and shipping is $10.00 and free for orders $150 or over. Orders will be processed within 3 business days and a notification will be sent via email once items are shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com or 952-500-0062 if you need to purchase rush shipping for your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not ship internationally.
Online Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return for a full-refund. For online orders, we have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after the verified delivery date of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and with tags attached. Prior to purchase, please review the exceptions/non-returnable items section below to see items that are excluded from our return policy.
To initiate a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item to us. Items sent back to use without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund will be to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Return Policy:
Full-priced clothing is accepted for a full refund to the original form of payment within five days of purchase given that the item is unworn with tags attached and in its original condition.
Full priced clothing may be returned for store credit only within seven days of purchase.
Discounted and sale merchandise, special orders, swimwear, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and artwork are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues:
All items are inspected prior to shipment. If you find an item to be defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty products.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Discounted and sale merchandise, special orders, swimwear, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and artwork are all FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special orders must be payed for in advance and are final sale.
